Job Description - HR & Admin Supervisor

Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years’ relevant experience in HR & Admin
  • Good team player, strong leadership and proven capability to motivate and inspire team members
  • Pleasant personality, strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Independent, self-motivated, attentive to details, commitment to the job, strong sense of responsibility
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua)
  • Proficient in MS Office operations especially MS Excel and MS WordResponsibilities:
  • Assist in implementing practices for corporate governance, human resources and internal audits
  • Handle full spectrum of HR activities, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, MPF, training and development, performance management, and staff record management
  • Manage the reception and provide general administrative support to the head office
  • Coordinate with office management or administration related duties and other departments
  • Coordinate employee relations activities
  • Assist in implementing ad hoc projects as assigned
