Job Description - HR Advisory Manager (53772)

  • Provide coaching and guidance to people
    managers and employees on complex HR matters, including policy interpretation,
    performance management, and employee relations.

  • Support business restructuring and
    transformation initiatives in Hong Kong, ensuring alignment with global HR
    strategies.

  • Oversee high-touch HR programs such as
    redundancy processes, working closely with HR Business Partners and specialist
    teams.

  • Act as a primary point of contact for
    HR-related enquiries, coordinating with multiple HR functions to resolve
    complex issues.

  • Provide end-to-end support for senior
    executives, ensuring timely and high-quality resolution of HR queries.

  • Support people managers in adopting HR
    processes and tools, facilitating smooth change management.

  • Promote the use of HR systems and
    self-service tools to enhance workforce efficiency.

  • Analyze trends from case and knowledge
    management tools to identify areas for improvement in HR services, policies,
    and processes.

  • Leverage HR data and insights to recommend
    enhancements to HR products and services.

  • Ensure continuous improvement of the
    employee experience by addressing recurring challenges and optimizing HR
    service delivery.



Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources,
    Business Administration, or related field.

  • Relevant HR advisory or business partner
    experience, preferably in a global financial institution.

  • Proven track record in business
    transformation, restructuring, and change management.

  • Experience handling complex employee
    relations cases and senior executive support.

  • Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
    (written and spoken).

  • Strong analytical skills with attention to
    detail.

  • Ability to multitask and manage competing
    priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent relationship management and
    stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Proficiency in HR systems and case
    management tools.

  • High level of discretion and
    professionalism when handling sensitive matters.
