Job Description - HR & Admin Executive

Anglo Eastern is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to join our dynamic team within the accounting industry. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing human resources functions as well as administrative tasks that support the overall efficiency of our operations. Our ideal candidate will possess a strong background in HR practices alongside exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple responsibilities effectively. You will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring compliance with employment regulations. Your contributions will be integral in streamlining HR processes, managing employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, payroll management, and maintaining personnel records. Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment process including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding procedures to ensure a smooth transition for all staff.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Administer payroll processing and assist with benefits management.
  • Organize and implement employee training and development programs to enhance skills and performance.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to policies, benefits, and workplace issues.
  • Support the development of HR policies and procedures to promote a fair and positive workplace culture.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably within the accounting sector.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
