HR and Employer Branding Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic HR and Employer Branding Specialist to join our team on a 6-month contract.

This role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a background in Human Resources to gain valuable experience in a global company. The HR and Employer Branding Specialist will play a crucial role in recruitment activities and employer branding initiatives on our social media channels, helping to enhance QIMA's reputation as an employer of choice.

In this position, you will:

• Support the Talent Acquisition Manager with various HR administrative tasks and projects.
• Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments to ensure alignment with role requirements.
• Develop and execute creative employer branding strategies to attract top talent through social media and other digital platforms.
• Create engaging content for social media to promote QIMA's culture, values, and job openings.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a master’s degree in human resources (Master 1 or 2 level required).
• Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A minimum of 6 months of experience in HR, preferably with exposure to recruitment processes.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
