Responsible for tasks throughout the end-to-end payroll processing cycle, involving activities such as data entry, master data changes, payroll calculation and payroll reporting
Responsible to send timely reminders to the clients on key payroll calendar deadlines
Answers staff questions about wages, deductions, attendance, and time records
Adheres to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law
Assist administrative tasks such as filling out forms, review client’s folder, process payroll calculation, medical registration, etc.
Requirements
Associate Degree/Degree in Human Resources Management as well
HR working experience is preferable
Good in English is preferred, with knowledge of Putonghua an advantage
