Job Description - HR and Payroll Administrator

  • Payroll
  • Experience in sizable organization
  • Immediate available is preferred
  • Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for tasks throughout the end-to-end payroll processing cycle, involving activities such as data entry, master data changes, payroll calculation and payroll reporting
  • Responsible to send timely reminders to the clients on key payroll calendar deadlines
  • Answers staff questions about wages, deductions, attendance, and time records
  • Adheres to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law
  • Assist administrative tasks such as filling out forms, review client’s folder, process payroll calculation, medical registration, etc.
  • Requirements

  • Associate Degree/Degree in Human Resources Management as well
  • HR working experience is preferable
  • Good in English is preferred, with knowledge of Putonghua an advantage
