HR Assistant (6-month contract, $20-22k)
- Exp or education in HRM
- L&D & admin focus
- 5-day work, renewable contract
- Location: Kwun Tong
- Immediate availability is preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist the team to provide administrative support to learning and development activities, coordinate training activities and routines
- Manage the learning platform system "WorkDay", maintain and update system data and generate report for evaluation
- Assist in apprenticeship and trainees related programs, follow up and keep track on learning progress of the apprentices
- Complete application for registered workers / related licenses for apprentices meeting the government's requirements and standards
Requirements
- Degree holder in business disciplines, major in HR is preferable
- Relevant experience in L&D, e-learning platform (WorkDay or other system) will be an advantage
- Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong sense of responsibility and commitment, able to work independently
- Proficient in computer operation, MS Office and Chinese word processing
- Immediate availability is preferred. Welcome fresh graduates
