The Role

Process end-to-end payroll activities and ensure accurate and timely compensation payments.

Provide excellent customer service and support for HR inquiries and requests.

Maintain employee data and records in the HR information system.

Handle employee onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle changes.

Stay updated on payroll laws and regulations and ensure compliance.

Prepare payroll reports, tax filings, and government remittances.

Identify opportunities to streamline HR and payroll processes.

Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures.

Your Profile

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in HR Shared Services and payroll administration.

Strong knowledge of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance.

Proficiency in payroll systems and HRIS platforms.

Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Strong organizational and time management skills.
