HR Business Partner

Job Title: HR Business Partner

Location: Central, Hong Kong

Responsibilities:

• Support the daily operations and management of the Human Resources department, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, training development, and employee relations. Ensure effective implementation of HR policies and procedures to foster business unit development.
• Manage and enhance recruitment channels; coordinate and schedule interviews to boost recruitment efficiency and the quality of talent acquisition.
• Participate in market compensation surveys to gather data for salary adjustments; assist in formulating and revising the company’s compensation and benefits policies and systems.
• Contribute to the development of the annual training plan and coordinate the execution of employee training programs.
• Help organize employee activities to promote a strong corporate culture.
• Engage in the optimization of HR processes and the advancement of HR information systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of diverse HR experience, with substantial practical expertise in at least one core area (Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, or Employee Relations).
• Knowledgeable about labor laws, regulations, and local policies, with a solid grasp of all HR functional modules.
• Experience with financial services sector is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; detail-oriented and rigorous in work, with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Fluent to Native Level Mandarin and having previously worked with Mainland financial services firms or good understanding of Chinese and HK HR law is a plus.
