Responsibilities
1. Support the maintenance of core HR system data according to the demands of employees or business, and analyze and observe the continuous data of the operation under your jurisdiction 2. Be responsible for the operational quality management of the modules under your jurisdiction, establish quality management strategies, implement quality inspections and operational adjustments 3. Understand the data links of various HR-related systems, be able to organize communication and alignment with relevant parties based on problems, and promote improvements 4. Have the ability to independently undertake projects, and continuously promote the optimization of related work or systems through review and accumulation 5. Effectively utilize compliance work to timely and accurately support users' data extraction and data analysis work 6. Responsible for other content arranged due to work needs.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, human resources management, statistics and other related majors are preferred 2. Excellent communication and coordination skills clear thinking and strong logic, can solve complex problems independently, self-driven and able to bear strong work pressure 3. Those who can use English as a working language are preferred.
