HR Director- Professional Services

D Posted byRecruiterOur client is a fast growing Professional Services firm and looking to hire an experienced HR leader to lead their HK office.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

Lead existing HR team with a vision to transform and streamline all HR related matters

Work with business leaders to set objectives related to ER, Talent and C&B to bring uniformity

Build and set metrics for performance and growth opportunities.

Proactively investigate existing models and put plans for improvements where necessary

Strengthen the HRBP function in the country and drive D&I initiatives

Be an ambassador to drive a people oriented culture in the business.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

At least 10+ year of proven experience in HR function, both leading and transforming

Experience in matters including but not limited to HR BP, Talent Management and Payrolling necessary

Prior experience in HR system transformations and integrations a distinct plus

Experience in working closely with C-suite stakeholders in driving, changing and implementing new initiatives essential

A strong understanding of or experience in working for Professional services an advantage but not essential

Fluency in English and Chinese required
