Job Description - HR Director- Professional Services

Key responsibilities

  • Lead existing HR team with a vision to transform and streamline all HR related matters
  • Work with business leaders to set objectives related to ER, Talent and C&B to bring uniformity
  • Build and set metrics for performance and growth opportunities.
  • Proactively investigate existing models and put plans for improvements where necessary
  • Strengthen the HRBP function in the country and drive D&I initiatives
  • Be an ambassador to drive a people oriented culture in the business.

    • Role requirements

  • At least 10+ year of proven experience in HR function, both leading and transforming
  • Experience in matters including but not limited to HR BP, Talent Management and Payrolling necessary
  • Prior experience in HR system transformations and integrations a distinct plus
  • Experience in working closely with C-suite stakeholders in driving, changing and implementing new initiatives essential
  • A strong understanding of or experience in working for Professional services an advantage but not essential
  • Fluency in English and Chinese required
