HR Executive (F&B Recruitment)

Introduction:

An established western F&B chain with outlets island wide is actively seeking a spirited individual to join them as a HR Executive . Successful candidate will enjoy an annual remuneration of $35K and above

Responsibilities:

•Provide HR support in areas of Recruitment, HR Operations, Performance Management, Payroll.•Work with local Academic Institution on interns' placements and job fairs•Assist in onboarding and offboarding procedures•Responsible for all MOM-related matters, such as work pass applications and renewals•Ensure safekeeping and providing proper filing of all HR documents•Assist in HR administration (eg. certification of employment, confirmation letter, birthday vouchers, uniform stock take etc)•Manage Casuals Attendance and Perm staff Overtime•Any other ad-hoc as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

•Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent•Preferably 1 year of relevant experience•Experience in recruitment for F&B industry would be advantageous•Familiar with Employment Act and labour practices•Independent and meticulous•Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel•Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills to manage various stakeholders
