Job Description - HR Generalist
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: Provide full spectrum of human resources support including compensation and benefits, payroll, performance management, training, and development Implementation and conduct of training programmes, and Evaluation by using the feedback Responsible for administration and execution of mid-year and annual performance appraisals Provide support in the administration of annual salary adjustments including salary benchmarking and market research Maintain good HR records and filing of personal data, leave records, etc. Assist to formulate and implement HR policies & procedures in compliance with the Labour Ordinance Support in employment benefits insurance renewal Perform ad-hoc assignments as required. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines At least 1 year relevant working experience Good knowledge in HK Employment Ordinance and other related ordinances Mature, well-organized, self-motivated, outgoing and open-minded and able to work under pressure and independently Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal & communications skills Good team player, self-initiative and able to work on multi-tasks and priorities work Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing Immediate available is preferred Powered by JazzHR
