They are currently looking for a HR Manager to handle account servicing and annual HR review exercise for the organization.

Description

• Responsible for full spectrum of HR operation including recruitment, onboarding, compensation and benefits processing, staff development and annual exercises
• Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle from identifying vacancies, interview, and candidate's selection to on boarding process
• Review company HR policies, performance management, and staff compensation & benefits scheme review
• Work with senior stakeholders, and act as the secretary of the committee for board meetings
• Provide reports on manpower planning, talent program, and business update for mgmt. review
• Assist in any ad hoc projects and events as assigned

Profile

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management preferred
• At least 8 years' experience in all round HR operation from sizable organizations, preferrable public sector
• Familiar with labour law in Hong Kong
• Flexible, Detail-minded, good team player, well-organized with good communication skills
• Good written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin; capable in handling reporting in English and Chinese
• Strong computer skills, using MS Office
