Job Description - HR Manager (HK Listed Chinese Company | 50k)

Your new role

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with our new FinTech and crypto business objectives.
Drive recruitment for top-tier talent in technology, blockchain, and financial services.
Oversee performance management, compensation, and benefits programs.
Foster a culture of innovation and compliance within a fast-evolving regulatory environment.
Partner with leadership to design organizational structures that support growth and agility.

What you'll need to succeed

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in financial services or technology sectors.
Strong knowledge of Hong Kong employment laws and compliance.
Proven ability to manage change and support business transformation.
Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
