Responsibilities:
C&B (Compensation and Benefits):
- Act as a HR business partner to provide professional HR advice to our clients based on their business needs
- Take ownership of assigned SME client accounts and collaborate with the supporting team to handle C&B processing, including but not limited to payroll calculation, MPF filing, and Salaries Tax filing.
- Maintain HR system data and staff records in a timely manner, utilizing HR technologies to enhance efficiency
- Prepare or generate HR-related reports as required
- Perform ad-hoc HR duties as required by management
Visa application:
- Act as a consultant to collaborate with the supporting team to deliver phone and email support to our clients during the visa application process.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of visa application requirements, processing procedures, and delivery to provide outstanding client experiences.
- Ensure that our clients have a clear understanding of the application requirements and assist them in submitting accurate, complete, and timely applications and documents.
- Display excellent communication skills and professionalism when handling high volumes of calls and emails.
- Stay updated on the latest updates and requirements for different visa types to ensure the provision of the most accurate and relevant information to our clients.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in visa processing & C&B
- Must have an interest in working with SME business owners and acting as their HR partner.
- Multi-tasking and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Strong collaboration, interpersonal and communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
- Proficiency in HR software, MS Excel, Chinese/English word processing
- Prior knowledge of HK Labour Ordinance and other regulations will be an advantage
- Immediately availability is preferred
