HR Operations Global Process Expert

Responsibilities

We are the ByteDance HR Operations team, located in four regions and 10+ countries around the world, serving ByteDance employees in 43+ countries and regions around the world. We provide world-leading high-quality, high-efficiency, and high-experience employee lifecycle services to support the rapid development of ByteDance's global business. The HROP team will optimize the user experience by improving the quality and efficiency of operations. The main work scope includes formulating and coordinating the human resource operation strategies, systems, various standards and localized operations of the entire life cycle of employees around ByteDance's global development strategic goals. At the same time, the ByteDance HROP human resource operation team has always insisted on promoting the sustainable development of the organization through technological operations, and is committed to serving with heart and creating a pleasant user experience. As a 'product manager' and 'product operation' of human resource operations, plan and design global processes and related systems 2. Develop a process indicator system, and complete data monitoring and quality analysis based on the indicator system 3. Cooperate with other human resource teams to promote the implementation of the company's management philosophy and HR policies, and provide insights for the company's management.

Qualifications

1. More than 5 years of working experience in human resources, English can be used as working language, and overseas HRBP or COE background is preferred 2. Good large-scale project management capabilities, more than 3 years of global project management experience is preferred 3. Clear problem expression and thinking skills, able to propose systematic solutions, and have cross-team influence.
