Job Description - HR System Manager (up to HKD 1.2M)
Your new role
Working under the ERP Lead, lead HR systems transformation within the IT organisation.
Act as the primary technology partner to HR leadership, translating people's needs into system capabilities.
Define and oversee the HR systems strategy to align with business and people objectives.
Maintain reliable HR systems by overseeing operational support and service performance for business users.
Drive digital ways of working that support ongoing organisational transformation.
Led internal teams and external partners to deliver HR platforms across the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, payroll, performance management etc.
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science.
At least 8 years of experience in ERP. Knowledge of Oracle is a must
Strong expertise in project delivery, vendor governance, and organisational change.
Strong communicator with proven leadership impact.
