HRBP Securities Focus

Responsibilities:

• Support the overall Human Resources function with a strong focus on recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations. Partner with business units to facilitate effective people solutions and maintain compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes for junior to mid-level roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and provide recruitment advice.
• Assist in onboarding and induction of new hires, ensuring a smooth orientation process.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately and confidentially.
• Support the administration and communication of HR policies and procedures.
• Assist with execution of HR projects such as engagement surveys or performance reviews.
• Prepare regular HR reports and metrics for management review.
• Support daily office HR operations and respond to employee queries.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 3-5 years’ HR experience, preferably in the financial services or securities sector.
• Hands-on experience with recruitment processes is essential.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with HR systems an advantage.
• Good command of English and Cantonese; Mandarin an advantage.
