Job Description - Human Resources & Admin Assistant / Assistant Officer

To achieve our mission, we are looking for a high caliber professional to join us and grow with us.

Responsibilities:

  1. Overall full spectrum and comprehensive administrative and human resources service 
  2. Handle monthly full time and part time payroll, MPF and taxation.
  3. Provide clerical / administrative support including documentation, data input, filing & records management etc.
  4. Administer and monitor of all leave application and record updated
  5. Manages invoicing such as vendor payment 
  6. Staffing & placements which include recruitment and selection process, screening candidates, interviewing, administering assessment.
  7. Handles ad hoc projects

Qualifications :

  1. High Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or other related disciplines
  2. 1-2 years of solid experience on administration and HR 
  3. Mature, self-driven, systematic, attentive to details and excellent communications skills
  4. Good command of Mandarin, English and Cantonese
  5. Good PC skills
