Job Description - Human Resources Assistant

Responsibility

Assist in full spectrum of recruitment and staffing function including candidate sourcing, interview arrangement, preparing employment contracts, working visa application and on-boarding logistics, etc, covering both Hong Kong Headquarters and overseas offices
Maintain HR records and staff database.
Prepare regular reports and presentation materials for management review.
Assist in other human resources projects related to compensation & benefits and employee engagement

Requirements

Degree or above in Human Resources Management or related discipline
Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
Good command of spoken Chinese and English, proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
Strong in Chinese Writing Skill is a MUST. Immediately available is highly preferred
