Human Resources Assistant (HRBP)

We are now inviting a creative, self-motivated, energetic and talented Human Resources Assistant to join us.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

• Provide full range of support to HR team including but not limited to on/off boarding logistics, staff movement and payroll related documents etc.
• Provide support and maintain accurate and update staff information and records via HRIS
• Prepare HR related analytic reports
• Maintain an organized filing system
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

YOU NEED TO BE…

• Bachelor degree in human resources management or other related disciplines
• 1 - 2 years of HR generalist / business partner experience
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks systematically in a fast-paced environment
• Good written and verbal language skills in English and Cantonese
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Fresh graduates are also welcomed
