Job Description - Human Resources Director (Regional, 75k - 100k, English)

Job Description

  1. Manage and monitor the full spectrum of Human Resource operations, including recruitment, manpower planning, people development and training, staff engagement, performance, KPI and OKR, payroll, etc.
  2. Support senior management on retention strategies, organization structure, and people challenges for team management. 
  3. Formulate and develop HR budgeting, headcount planning, policies and procedures, and employee handbook, make alignment as one group and localization of locations Asia region.
  4. Drive performance management initiatives, including goal setting, performance reviews, and talent development plans.
  5. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal regulations. 
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address organisational challenges and support business objectives
  7. Support on HR team development for other Asian offices in terms of team setting up, training program, payroll, on boarding and off boarding procedure, labor compliance etc.
  8. Assist in preparing annual compliance documents including Annual General Meeting, board papers, board minutes and resolutions.

 

Requirement: 

  1. Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related disciplines.
  2. At least 10 years’ relevant experience in sizable organizations with 2000+ headcounts and industrial background, supporting different locations with multi-culture. 
  3. At least 5 years in management with hands on experience in talent acquisition and management, compensation practices, organizational diagnosis and company secretarial experience.
  4. Regional HR experience with ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced business environment.
  5. Agile and independent HR practitioner with strong initiative to achieve company objectives.
  6. Good problem solving, independent, flexible, result-driven, analytical with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
  8. Experience of 0 to 1 setting up of either programs, facilities/teams or new organization is a plus.
