Human Resources Manager

The Company

Our client is a sizable Chinese-based company. They are now looking for a high caliber professional for this vacancy. The ideal candidate will be offering a rewarding compensation package and stable work environment.

The Role

• Develop HR and admin function include employment handbook, policy, organization structure, C&B etc
• Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including hiring, onboarding, development, performance management, and offboarding.
• Manage payroll, compensation, benefits administration, and HRIS to ensure accurate and timely execution.
• Prepare and manage HR budgets, collaborate with finance team on financial processes such as budgeting and forecasting.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, providing guidance and best practices on HR matters.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Solid work experience in handling HR operations and management, ideally within multinational corporations.
• Proven understanding of Hong Kong labor laws and HR best practices.
• Experience liaising with multiple internal stakeholders to coordinate HR cycles and reporting.
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) is a must.
