Human Resources Officer

Responsibilities:

• Assist the team to provide full spectrum of human resources duties including but not limited to recruitment and selection, payroll, reward management, leave administration and performance management;
• Maintain and update employment record, consolidate employee data and provide administrative support across all Human Resources functions;
• Assist in ad hoc projects as required.

Requirements:

• Degree Holder preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline;
• With HR working experience/ internship experience in financial industry will be an advantage; Fresh graduates are also welcomed;
• Experienced in HRIS is an advantage;
• Strong computer skills in MS Word and Excel is preferred;
• Detail-minded, proactive, organized and responsible, able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is a must;
