RESPONSIBILITIES
Specific responsibilities include but are not restricted to:-
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, such as identifying recruitment needs, preparing job descriptions, sourcing talent via appropriate channels, arranging interviews and offering proposals;
- Maintain personnel files and assist in building recruitment database
- Assist in C&B, including but not limited to monthly payroll, MPF enrollment and Medical enrollment
- Assist in the organization and planning of staff activities and events
- Handle general office administrative duties. e.g.stationery orders, courier arrangement, insurance renewal etc
- Participate in any ad hoc HR tasks as required.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in the fashion retail industry or FMCG is preferred
- Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and relevant regulations
- Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
