Responsibilities:

Responsible for recruitment related activities including job posting, interview and onboarding arrangement

Co-ordinate all the training activities and logistics support, maintain and update staff training records

Assist in payroll calculation and performance appraisal

Assist in daily HR operations such as leave and attendance record, medical claims & insurance, access control systems, industrial injury case etc.

Prepare HR reports for management review

Provide supports to various HR projects and handle ad hoc tasks assigned by superiors

Requirements:

Degree in Human Resources Management

3 years HR experience preferred

Self-motivated and well-organized with strong sense of responsibility

Excellent communication skill in both English and Chinese

Well-versed in MS Office

IELTS Score 6.5 or above preferable
