Job Description - Human Resources Officer / Assistant HR Officer (Fashion Retails)

Job Requirements

Diploma or above in Human Resources management or other related disciplines

At least 5 years’ hands-on experience in C&B function in RETAIL industry;

Able to handle recruitment for RETAIL staff independently;

Previous working experience in garment manufacturing industry is an advantage;

Well-versed in both Employment Ordinance and Employees’ Compensation Ordinance in HK;

Proficiency in MS Word & Excel and Chinese Word Processing;

Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese;

Self-motivated, positive, possess good analytical skills & interpersonal skills, capable of communicating with all levels and work under pressure;

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources OfficerKey Responsibilities

Perform full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, staff relation, training & development and performance management;

Ensure smooth payroll processing and salary administration;

Consolidate staff files, personal data, leave and attendance records;

Assist in review and implementing HR related policies and procedures to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the Company;

Prepare statistical analysis and regular reports in human capital including headcount distribution, turnover rate analysis and budget reports etc;

Organize various staff activities to enhance staff relations;

Carry out ad hoc projects as assigned by the Management;
