Job Description - Human Resources Officer, HR Services (1-year Contract)

Key Accountabilities:

Supportpensation and benefits administration activities as assigned:

Benefits: Medical insurance, provident fund, leave administration and club membership

Others: Staff account, work injurypensation, HR database maintenance, annual HR report and record management

Answer enquiries from staff for payroll and benefits related area.

Participate in surveys, ad hoc projects as and when required.

Assist in the enhancement and development of HRIS.

Requirements:

Degree holder in Business Administration or Human Resources Management

Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience is preferred.

Hands-on experience with payroll /pensation and benefits experience, preferably in banking or financial industry.

Practical experience in data processing in HRIS, Peoplesoft/Workday, will be a plus.

A team player with good interpersonal andmunication skills.

Goodmand of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
