Job Description - IED Non-Market Risk (NMR), Business Control Unit (BCU) Senior Associate / Vice President Non-Japan
1. The candidate's primary responsibility is to support the IED business in a non-market risk capacity covering initiatives across Cash Equities, Prime Brokerage and Derivatives. 2. Additional responsibilities include support of the new product approval process, committee oversight and participation, regulatory change management, operational risk incident management and general risk management responsibilities. 3. The preferred candidate will have 3+ years of practical risk management experience in the Equities markets business, with specific experience dealing with equity products across Asia markets. A legal or regulatory background would also be an advantage. Experience working with desk, country and business heads is also preferable. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence others. Strong analytical and presentation skills, with an attention to detail. Project management experience, with a track record of delivery on projects. Experience working in a high pressure and delivery focused environment. Confidence and the ability to be a self-starter. A university degree in a relevant subject.
