Job Description - Infrastructure, Platform & Network Engineering Roles

Your new company

My client is a leading technology-driven organisation operating large-scale AI and supercomputing platforms.

Your new role

Design, build, and operate large-scale system platforms and infrastructure to support business-critical and AI-driven services.
Maintain reliable day-to-day operations, ensuring systems and networks remain stable, secure, and available
Collaborate with development, delivery, and project teams to align infrastructure and network solutions with business needs
Monitor system and network performance, proactively identify issues, and implement improvements
Troubleshoot incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and drive long-term preventive solutions.
Support system upgrades, maintenance activities, and lifecycle management
Ensure systems comply with security standards, governance requirements, and industry best practices
Work with external vendors and internal teams to resolve technical challenges efficiently
Produce and maintain clear documentation, procedures, and operational guidelines
Contribute to team knowledge sharing and provide guidance to junior team members

What you'll need to succeed

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
At least 5 years of relevant experience in infrastructure, platform, or network engineering roles
Strong experience supporting complex, mission-critical systems in production environments
Solid understanding of system operations, networking concepts, and security principles
Hands-on experience with automation, operational tooling, and problem troubleshooting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
