The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for:
Sales and Relationship Management Perform flight planning tasks to optimize revenues, e.g. cargo load planning Perform sales activities on joint venture partner airline capacity Help the customers to find the right product & pro-actively sells transport solutions in collaboration with the Handling department & close co-operation with Outside Sales Processes customer requests, performs bookings according to the Cargo Booking Manual Booking standard & special products which includes OAL (other airline) segments & conducts loadability & profitability check before rate offering Make quotations for ad hoc pricing requests following the agreed guideline from team meetings Manages account data in CRM management tool & communicates updates * Performing all other duties as assigned
If you want to be the next Inside Sales Representative must fulfill the following requirements:
Degree holder in any discipline 2-3 years cargo sales and/or customer service experience or equivalent Good Command of spoken and written English and Cantonese language Proficiency in Putonghua language is preferred Advanced IT knowledge, preferably including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook Shift work is required (including Saturdays and Public Holidays) Must possess a legal work permit in Hong Kong * CV/Resume & Cover Letter required
