Responsibilities
1. Conduct in-depth research and business analysis on the current status and development of Douyin's delivery business, collaborate with the team to formulate goals and action paths for each stage, and promote implementation 2. Based on the current market situation, formulate self-built delivery strategy planning and specific strategies, not limited to warehouse network, distribution strategy, merchant management and control strategy, and track implementation 3. Lead the strategic product team to conduct demand analysis, data insights and strategic recommendations around the department's key projects in combination with business needs, and track the implementation and effect review of related projects.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, with experience in strategic products such as same-city delivery, power, supply and demand matching, scheduling, and team management experience preferred 2. Have good demand analysis capabilities and industry understanding, with O2O business experience such as takeaway and instant retail preferred 3. Result-oriented, with strong horizontal promotion capabilities 4. Clear logical thinking and good learning ability, with high data sensitivity, and the ability to quickly familiarize and understand complex business processes.
