Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the instant retail user product operation, actively discover the essential demands and pain points of the industry/customers/users, reach consensus with the business, set reasonable goals and promote implementation 2. Promote product construction and iteration, explore new additions, formulate product operation strategies, plan and promote implementation, and be responsible for the overall user production and operation results 3. Responsible for user product data effect evaluation, user flow analysis, incremental mining, core indicator change analysis, etc. 4. Carry out cross-departmental collaboration, connect with businesses and merchants, and work closely with business team products, middle-office products, finance, governance and other teams to jointly create industry solutions.
Qualifications
1. 3 years or more of product operation experience, with e-commerce or O20 related background, experience in hourly delivery industry is preferred, familiarity with 3C/apparel/maternal and infant beauty industry is preferred 2. Have complex data analysis capabilities, good product architecture capabilities, innovative thinking, logical and structured thinking capabilities, and be good at summarizing rules from complex phenomena 3. Good self-drive and industry sensitivity, and a passion for innovation and change 4. Good project management experience, good at collaborating with complex multi-teams 5. Good self-drive and certain stress resistance, and the ability to adhere to results-oriented.
