Job Description - Institution Sales (Omnibus)

Job Description:


We are seeking an experienced B2B sales professional to join our growing Institutional Virtual Assets (VA)  sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities with institutional clients such as brokerage and securities firms, trading & wealth management platforms, banks and private banks,  and other financial institutions.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and execute B2B acquisition strategy.

  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified B2B leads and opportunities within the target segment of financial institutions.

  • Engage in consultative sales discussions to understand client needs and objectives. Recommend appropriate tailored solutions.

  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our institutional products and services.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target companies.

  • Drive and implement the internal solution design with relevant stakeholders.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with compliance, operations, and product teams to deliver seamless client onboarding, product implementation and support.

  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve or surpass revenue and profitability targets.

  • Maintain and update CRM system with accurate client data and activity records.

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

  • Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to inform product development and strategy.



Qualifications:



  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in the financial services and/or crypto/blockchain industry

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

  • Strong understanding of the institutional crypto market, including trading, custody, and other related products and services

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and decision-making processes within large organizations

  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in the Virtual Assets (VA) industry

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field

  • Mandarin speaker is a plus
