Institutional Structured Products Client Solutions (FinTech Platform)

Our client is a well-established fintech firm in Asia building a platform for cross-asset structured products. The platform is used by financial institutions and wealth managers to streamline the full workflow across pricing, execution, and trade lifecycle / post-trade servicing.

The business is expanding its Hong Kong client-facing team and is hiring a commercially minded candidate who enjoys working at the intersection of structured products, technology, and institutional stakeholders.

This is a client-facing position combining strategic account management, solution consulting, and delivery ownership. The successful hire will act as a key point of contact for institutional clients across Hong Kong, Singapore, and Taiwan, supporting platform adoption, engagement growth, and ongoing client requirements.

• Own and develop long-term relationships with institutional clients in the region
• Drive platform adoption and account expansion through consultative engagement
• Lead client engagements end-to-end, from discovery through delivery and ongoing support
• Understand structured product workflows and translate client needs into clear requirements
• Coordinate internal stakeholders across product, engineering, and operations to deliver solutions
• Manage client requests, priorities, timelines, milestones, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
• Maintain high client satisfaction through structured check-ins, feedback cycles, and issue resolution
• Support commercial discussions including renewals, extensions, and new use cases

• Strong understanding of structured products and capital markets workflows
• Familiarity with structured product payoffs, pricing concepts, and lifecycle events
• Proven ability to engage stakeholders across front office, operations, and technology teams
• Strong communication skills with a consultative, solutions-driven mindset
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Strong interest in technology and the ability to learn new systems quickly
• 5+ years of experience in capital markets, structured products, consulting, or fintech
• Bachelor’s degree required; finance, engineering, or computer science preferred
• Excellent written and spoken English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin is a plus
