Job Description

As an Insurance Broker CEO, your main responsibilities will include:

Developing and executing the company's strategic vision and objectives to drive growth and profitability.
Overseeing all aspects of the insurance operations and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory authorities.
Leading and mentoring the management team to achieve organizational goals.
Identifying new business opportunities and expanding the company's market presence.
Ensuring the delivery of top-tier customer service and maintaining client satisfaction.
Managing financial performance and ensuring sustainable business growth.
Representing the company at industry events and fostering a strong brand image.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Insurance Broker CEO should have:

Extensive knowledge of the General insurance industry and its regulations. (Marine, P&C, EB and Claims)
Proven leadership experience in a similar role or capacity.
Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Proficiency in driving business growth and operational excellence.
A track record of delivering successful outcomes in a competitive market.
