Insurance Business Analyst (BA / Sr. BA / AM) – Life Insurance Policy Administration

Top-Tier Insurer | System Revamp Project | Strategic BA Role

Our client, a top-tier insurance provider, is embarking on a major transformation of its policy administration systems and seeks an experienced Business Analyst (BA / SBA / AM level, depending on experience) to support this high-impact initiative. This role is suited for professionals with deep life insurance knowledge and proven experience in policy administration. It begins as a year contract with the potential for extension or conversion to a permanent role.

As a Business Analyst , your will be responsible for the following:-

1. Conduct business process analysis to identify and implement operational improvements in policy administration
2. Elicit, document, and validate user requirements in alignment with project objectives
3. Collaborate with IT teams, testers, and business users through UAT and implementation phases
4. Review and refine system design documentation; support training and rollout activities
5. Manage issues, risks, and ensure smooth coordination across stakeholders

To be considered for the role of Business Analyst , you possess the following:-

1. A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
2. At least 4 years’ experience as a Business Analyst
3. Strong domain expertise in Life Insurance
4. Solid understanding of Policy Administration systems and workflows
5. Experience in system revamp or large-scale transformation projects
6. Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
7. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills
8. Fluency in English and Chinese (written and spoken)
9. Immediate availability preferred
