Insurance Executive (Motor Insurance)

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Insurance Executive to join our dynamic Motor Insurance team. In this role, you will be the vital link between our clients and top-tier insurers, ensuring seamless policy administration while delivering outstanding support in a fast-paced, digital-first environment. What You Will Deliver

• Drive the full lifecycle of motor insurance policies, seamlessly executing new business applications, renewals, endorsements, claims processing, and cancellations.
• Oversee daily administrative workflows, including precise premium collections and refund arrangements. 
• Ensure all documentation is flawlessly accurate and fully compliant with regulatory standards.
• Act as the primary liaison with major insurance companies to negotiate terms, advocate for clients during the claims process, and efficiently resolve underwriting queries.
• Deliver responsive and empathetic customer service by managing and resolving high-volume inquiries across multiple channels—including WhatsApp, email, and phone—translating complex insurance details into clear, helpful advice.
• Track business performance by preparing accurate and timely monthly operational reports to help management identify trends and optimize workflows.

Who You Are

• A proven track record in general insurance operations, with direct experience in Motor Insurance highly preferred.
• Must possess valid IIQE Paper 1 & 2 passes.
• Strong command of MS Office and Google Workspace, particularly spreadsheets for data tracking and reporting.
• Adept at using digital communication platforms (e.g., WhatsApp Business) to manage customer interactions efficiently.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Cantonese and English; proficiency in Mandarin is a strong plus.
• Highly organized, independent, and customer-centric.
• A natural relationship-builder and excellent team player who collaborates effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners, while still possessing the drive to manage tasks independently.
