Insurance Marketing Manager

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Insurance Marketing Manager.

In this role you will:

• Design and execute innovative brand campaigns to elevate HSBC Life's brand awareness in the GBA.
• Support Hong Kong business growth
• Own always-on digital and social media campaigns on platforms such as Xiaohongshu and WeChat.
• Strengthen brand presence and share-of-voice, driving up brand consideration among customers.
• Monitor, analyse, and optimise campaign performance using data-driven insights.
• Support the creation of marketing initiatives to establish HSBC Life's thought leadership in legacy planning, wealth growth, retirement planning and health protection.
• Develop tailored digital content and activate new brand partnerships to enhance market positioning.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, business partners and agency partners.

To be successful you will need:

• Location: Based in Hong Kong (essential for local market knowledge and stakeholder engagement).
• Market Insight: Deep understanding of Hong Kong's competitive edge and consumer behaviour, with proven ability to market to both local and GBA customers.
• Digital Expertise: Hands-on experience with key digital and social platforms (Xiaohongshu, WeChat, etc.) and digital content creation.
• Growth Mindset: Agile, innovative, and willing to experiment with new ideas and bold strategies.
• Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and external partners.
• Language: Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English preferred.
