Insurance Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Conduct Due Diligence & Assessment for approval on Life Insurance and General Insurance companies and the respective products
• Conduct on-going regular review on insurance providers as well as the products on shelf and prepare assessment for management oversight
• Design and manage various sales promotions & campaigns for sales team to drive the insurance businesses
• Ensure the insurance products, sales procedures and operations are complied with regulatory and internal compliance requirements
• Provide technical support and trainings to sales team to continuously improve their sales capabilities and product knowledge
• Handle enquiries from Regulators / Auditors and coordinate with other departments to tackle regulator’s / auditor's examination and review on insurance products and sales processes
• Conduct on-going market intelligence to maintain business competiveness

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Business, Finance or a related discipline
• 5+ years of relevant experience in managing insurance products (both Life and GI) and sales programs for insurance brokers
• Qualification in IIQE Paper 1,2,3,5
• Excellent insurance product knowledge and able to understand the insurance needs of different types of customers and channel
• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications including PowerPoint presentation
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluency in Mandarin would be preferred.
