Job Responsibilities

• Provide professional advisory, trainings and coaching to Customer Relationship Manager on insurance products.
• Manage designated branches and drive those branches achieving targets on insurance business.
• Conduct insurance research and develop insurance strategies.
• Conduct product & knowledge briefing and seminar for internal / external audiences. Work closely with Product Manager to enhance product features and selling procedures. Driving insurance business to achieve designated targets.

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above;
• 4 years of relevant working experience in Banking or insurance industry;
• Passed in IIQE (Paper 1, 2, 3 & 5) and MPF Intermediaries Examination will be an advantage;
• Strong market sense and good knowledge towards insurance market and products;
• Candidates with IANG visa are welcomed;
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is preferable.
