Insurance Specialist (Global Brokerage)

Our client, the largest international insurance broker with offices located in more than 55 countries is currently looking to expand their teams

Responsibilities:

1. Design personalized life insurance plans aligned with clients' financial goals and priorities
2. Collaborate closely with Relationship Managers and branch teams to uncover client needs and offer specialized insurance guidance
3. Engage in joint client consultations and proactively pursue leads from Bank referrals
4. Foster strong partnerships with Relationship Managers, branch staff, and key business stakeholders
5. Oversee the entire client journey , from initial meetings to follow-ups, documentation, and system updates
6. Maintain strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards

Requirements:

1. Minimum degree holder
2. Professional Insurance certifications are required
3. At least 5 years of experience in relevant positions (i.e. retail banks relationship managers)
4. Good articulation able to communicate and build strong relationships with both clients and team
5. Able to communicate fluently in English, Mandarin and Cantonese (both spoken and written)
6. Proficient in MS Office, able to type in both Simplified and Traditional Chinese
