Job Responsibilities

• Promote insurance products in Wealth Management Center 
• Promote insurance products to customers through upselling to existing customer base /partnership /referral from our companies
• Maintain good relationship with existing customer and develop potential client base
• Engage appointments to cross-sell insurance products and close deals
• Provide sales management guidance and supervision to a team of Insurance Specialists in performing their roles insurance selling (only applicable to Team Head)
• Attractive remuneration: Fixed Monthly salary plus attractive performance bonuses

Job Requirements

• At least 5 subjects at Grade E / Level 2 or above in the HKCEE / HKDSE
• Passes in IIQE Examinations Paper 1 and 3 (whereas Paper 2 is optional)
• At least 1 - 2 years of insurance experience, with solid insurance knowledge
  
• Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
• Strong customer service mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers 
• Excellent communications and negotiation skills with good command of English and Chinese in both spoken and written; Putonghua is preferable
• Candidates with more experiences will be considered as Senior Insurance Specialist / Team Head
• IANG are welcome
• Insurance Agents / Insurance Specialist or Relationship Manager from banks are welcome
