Job Description - Insurance Specialist (Less experience welcomed, training provided)

Your new company

Our client is a leading international bank with a strong presence in Hong Kong and across global markets. They provide a full range of banking, wealth management, and insurance solutions, committed to helping customers achieve their financial goals with a focus on innovation, customer service, and professional excellence.

Your new role
  • Assist in driving the insurance business with the assigned Customer Relationship Managers/branches
  • Ensure sales staff are capable of cross-selling various types of insurance products and able to deliver innovative products to our customers
  • Explore & expand the customer base for insurance products
  • Maintain the Group's/ Bank's internal control standards, implement and observe the Group's/ Bank's Compliance Policy and maintain awareness of operational risk and minimise the likelihood of it occurring


What you'll need to succeed
  • 1+ experience in Insurance & Sales, agency background candidates are welcomed
  • IIQE Paper 1,2,3 is preferred
  • Proficiency in English, Chinese, and Mandarin
  • Good communication skills with a can-do attitude, passion to learn
  • Applications from candidates with less experience who are eager to learn and grow are welcomed
