Interim Senior Digital Commercialization Manager - International Wealth and Premier Banking

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Interim Senior Digital Commercialization Manager.

In this role you will:

• Drive Global Digital Performance: Set and deliver ambitious digital sales targets for New-to-Bank (NTB) Premier digital acquisition and wealth sales across IWPB markets.
• Market Engagement & Execution: Partner with local markets to identify gaps, uncover opportunities, and support the effective execution of digital sales strategies
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong collaboration with Digital & CX, Channel Strategy, CLCM, Customer & Segments, Marketing, and Data & Analytics teams to design and implement impactful digital sales initiatives.
• Lead Governance & Best Practice Forums: Chair global digital sales governance forums, bringing together market and group stakeholders to share best practices, align on sales priorities, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Strategic Target Setting: Collaborate with markets and global stakeholders to define and finalize digital sales targets as part of the Distribution operating plan, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
• Surface Wins, Gaps, and Performance: Deliver concise, data-driven updates to senior leadership, spotlighting successes, gaps, and actionable solutions.

To be successful you will need:

• Strong track record in driving digital sales growth across diverse markets.
• Sharp analytical skills; able to turn data into actionable insights
• Deep understanding of wealth products and digital sales capabilities.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate across global teams
• Confident communicator, skilled at surfacing wins and gaps to senior leaders
• Comfortable leading change and delivering results at pace
