Job Description - Internal Audit Manager, Group Insurance

Your new company

A top-tier life insurer is seeking a well-rounded Internal Auditor to join its Group Internal Audit team.

Your new role

Conduct business and operational audits across life insurance functions, including risk-based testing and documentation.
Support ITGC and application control testing with guidance from IT audit specialists.
Identify emerging risks, assess internal control effectiveness, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
Use data analytics tools to enhance audit quality and continuous auditing.
Support special reviews, investigations, and follow-up on audit issues to ensure timely closure.

What you'll need to succeed

Minimum 5 years of internal/external audit experience, ideally within financial institutions or Big 4 FS audit.
Preferably to have strong understanding of life insurance business operations and regulatory requirements.
Working knowledge of IT general controls and application controls.
Experience with data analytics or audit technology tools, plus strong analytical and communication skills.
High integrity, independence, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
