A regional insurer is seeking a seasoned internal auditor with a focus on business audit.

Your new role

Design and execute the internal audit strategy and annual audit plan.
Lead audits across business functions, ensuring alignment with regulatory and internal standards.
Identify risks, assess controls, and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
Prepare concise audit reports and brief senior management on key findings.
Coordinate with external auditors and regulators to support audit activities.
Develop and mentor the audit team to enhance capability and performance.
Keep up with regulatory developments and market trends in life insurance.

What you'll need to succeed

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
10-12+ years' audit experience within insurance, financial services, or similarly regulated sectors.
Experience managing an internal audit function in a life insurer is a plus.
CIA, CPA, or equivalent qualifications preferred.
Strong knowledge of insurance regulations and governance requirements.
Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
