Internal Communication Manager| Investment Bank| Contract

The team

You will join a regional communications function supporting APAC and working closely with business, support, and head office stakeholders. The team plays a key role in shaping leadership communications, employee engagement, and strategic business communications across multiple markets.

The role

This is a 5-month maternity cover contract role for an Internal Communication Manager based in APAC. You will support internal communications strategy, lead leadership messaging, and act as the communications lead for an energy and real assets business line in the region. The role also covers content creation, intranet and newsletter management, KPI reporting, and support for events and ad hoc communications projects.

The requirements

• Bachelor's degree holder.
• At least 8 years of communications experience in financial institutions, ideally within corporate banking or investment banking.
• Strong internal communications background, with media experience as an advantage.
• Excellent writing skills, with the ability to simplify complex subject matter into clear and impactful messaging.
• Strong command of spoken and written English; French is preferred but not essential.
• Experience in video production is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office is essential.
• Knowledge of Photoshop or Adobe Suite is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to shared objectives.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
• Experience with studio-style video shooting is preferred.
