About our Client

Our client is a one of the industry leader with global business footprints. Due to the business expansion, they are currently looking for an experienced Internal Communication Manager to join the dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the communication and event initiatives related to the People department.

About the Role

• Devise and implement comprehensive internal communication plans that strengthen employee engagement and foster a positive, collaborative culture across the organization.
• Manage the creation and distribution of a variety of internal communication materials, including newsletters, bulletins, intranet content, and employee presentations.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing strategic counsel on internal communication initiatives and addressing sensitive or complex issues.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Marketing, and other key stakeholders to ensure consistent and impactful messaging.
• Measure the effectiveness of internal communication channels and campaigns, using data-driven insights to continually optimize our approach.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, recommending innovative ways to enhance our internal communication efforts.
• Provide hands-on support for special projects, events, and change management initiatives as needed.

The Successful Candidate

• Degree holder in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or related disciplines
• With 10+ years of experience in internal and/or external communication, preferably in sizeable organisation
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful internal communication strategies that drive employee engagement and organisational alignment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences
• Strong project management and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail
• Proficient in the use of communication platforms, content management systems, and data analytic tools
• Excellent language skills especially in English
